- Subscription Info: Purchase receipts and plan details via Apple or Google (we do not store card details).
- Analytics: App usage metrics to improve features (anonymized).

- To let you upload, categorize, and manage your invoices.
- To provide year-end summaries and exports.
- To verify your subscription and manage access.
- To improve the app and ensure smooth functionality.
3. Payment and Billing
- Payments are managed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store under their own privacy and billing terms.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions directly through your device's store settings.
4. Data Protection
- We store data securely using encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
- Your invoice data is only accessible to you unless you share it manually.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Namnu, an invoice organization and export app by Chula Services Inc.
1. What Namnu Offers
Namnu allows users to:
- Upload and categorize invoices
- Track totals across categories
- Generate year-end reports for accounting and tax filing
Some features are only available to paid subscribers.
2. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are offered as monthly or annual in-app purchases.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before the next billing date.
- We do not manage billing directly; all payment and refund requests must be handled through your respective app store.
3. Export Feature
- Year-end summary exports (PDF or CSV) are available for subscribers.
- Exports are generated based on the data you've uploaded and categorized.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice data and categories you input.
- You must not upload false, harmful, or illegal content.
5. Intellectual Property
Namnu and all associated technology and branding are the property of Chula Services Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
6. Liability
Chula Services Inc. is not responsible for:
- Inaccuracies in user-uploaded invoice data
- Misuse of export files for financial reporting
- Issues arising from third-party app store billing
7. Termination
We may suspend access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
